Over 20 years of preschool and kindergarten teaching experience at Pine Crest in Ft. Lauderdale. Has tutored all age groups from pre-primary to 9th grade. Has taught Sunday school at several different churches. |

Has extensive field experience working with exceptional students, including gifted, autistic, learning disabled, behavioral/emotional disorders. |

Enjoys singing on worship team at Rio Vista Community Church and teaching music at RVCC’s summer camp. Passionate about teaching students how to write creatively; coordinates annual student writing competition. Winner of George Washington Honor Medal from the Freedom Foundation on behalf of classroom efforts to educate and inspire students about American history. |

| B.A. in psychology and religion from Westminster College, Wilmington, Pennsylvania. Received Doctor of Ministry from Union Theological Seminary in Richmond, Virginia. Is an ordained Presbyterian minister and has been a pastor for 29 years; is currently a pastor at Rio Vista Community Church. |

Experience teaching parenting education and middle school in Michigan. 17 years experience coaching gymnastics and competitive cheerleading at middle school and high school levels, including BCS cheerleading squad. |

| Bachelor’s degree in history from Florida State University; teacher-certified through Florida Department of Education. Is pursuing master’s degree in teaching and educational leadership. Is in third year of teaching at BCS. Directed Bethany productions of “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown” and “Bye Bye Birdie”. Experience in tutoring; extensive experience in musical theater. |
